Summer of Food

Do you ever get sick of the same old thing, or find your self with too much zucchini. Yes this has been the summer of food, or rather new recipes and ideas. Testers: my family Results: Mixed. If you want any of the recipes let me know and I'll post them. It's been fun trying new things.

So I tried the Turkey Avocado Sandwich at the local sub shop, and fell in LOVE. So I tried to duplicate it. Cibatta Bread (Homemade) Avocado, Spinach, Turkey, Pepper Jack Cheese, and and seasoned Mayo, and the new favorite thing Roasted Peppers, Love Love Love them.




Zucchini Lasagna (Doesn't look that appetizing, but trust me, it was dang good)
