There are so many beautiful blogs and websites out there filled with cute things. I'm a sucker for all the sewn items. One of my favorite blogs is Cluck Cluck Sew. Allison has such beautiful work. So I used her Appliqued Fall Pillow tutorial to make myself (and my mom) a beautiful pillow.
I tweaked it a little bit. My pillow form was a 14x14, so when I cut my corduroy out it was a 15x15. The project cost me about $5. The form was a buy-one-get-one-free at JoAnne's and the corduroy I got 50% off and only needed about 1/2 yard. Then the various fall fabrics I've been collecting. So worth it because it looks like it came from Pottery Barn, or Crate and Barrel. Loving it!

Gorgeous! I love it!!
I love it! I love how you stitched around the leaves and trunk instead of sewing it to the fabric. You are so talented and should open a shop on etsy. I'd buy from you. ;)
