Jon Barclay

I just looked and jonbarclay.com has moved up to number six on Google when searching for Jon Barclay. Not too bad considering the site has not been up that long.

Update 8/17/07: The site has moved up to number two. There is still a real estate agent named John Barclay in the UK who has me beat for the number one spot though.

I liked Bill Richardson already. These commercials just make me like him that much more.

Jennifer posted a video of Evan in his new Jumperoo. It is pretty funny to see him doing a little jig.

We did end up going camping last night, but not at Granite Flats. It turned out that there was a site available at the Timpooneke campground so we set up camp there.

This was the first time we have taken Evan camping and he did extraordinarily well. Aside from sleeping on a leaking air mattress and forgetting to bring up firewood, the even went off without a hitch. We made it without a single bear encounter, and only had one cooler tipped over by the raccoons.

It is hard to believe, but as of last Saturday I am officially over half way through my MBA program.

Crazy!

It is amazing how quickly time goes by. Last year at this time Evan was still just an idea that we really were having a baby, and I was dreading beginning graduate school.

I could not have foreseen last summer at Refugio how much our lives would have changed in just one year.

We are going camping tomorrow night at the Granite Flats campground. It should be a ton of fun. My family will be there including the newlyweds, Kimberly and Kirk.
